Building public support, incorporating local perspectives, inviting innovative ideas from diverse stakeholders and fostering education and public awareness are key pillars to help create clean energy transition plans that are inclusive, locally specific and effective.
This session of our Global Summit on People-Centred Clean Energy Transitions aims to explore social dialogue and citizen engagement mechanisms and strategies to involve all parts of society to build public support for clean energy transitions.
The session will be followed by closing remarks from 17:10-17:30.
