Presentation: Renewables 2019

The IEA’s Renewables 2019 market report provides detailed renewable energy analysis and forecasts (2019-24) for the electricity, heat and transport sectors. In this webinar the report authors will discuss policy developments and the drivers and challenges of renewable energy deployment in the next five years, across all three sectors.

In addition, this year’s report has a special focus on distributed solar PV covering the use of solar power systems by households, businesses and industry to generate their own electricity. Renewables 2019 assesses distributed solar PV’s current state of play, maps out its huge growth potential and discusses the key implications for policy makers, utilities and consumers associated with its use.
