Reset a forgotten password
To reset your password if you are not already logged in, click the User Profile icon in the top right of the main menu and then click the "Forgot password?" link. Follow the procedure to reset your password.

Update your password when you are logged in
To change your password if you are already logged in, click the User Profile at the top right of the main menu and go to Settings > Password. Follow the steps and click "Change password".

Update the email address associated with your account
To modify the email address associated with your account, log into your account, click the User Profile icon at the top right of the top menu and go to Settings > Profile. Update your email address in the dedicated field.
The change is complete once you receive a notification requesting action. You can also click the link below to go directly to your user settings. -
Update, add or delete a delivery address
To update, add or delete a delivery address associated with your account, log in, click the User Profile icon at the top right of the main menu and go to Settings > Addresses.
- Update your existing address by clicking it and modifying the fields.
- Add new addresses by clicking the "Add address" button.
- To delete an address, click on the "Delete address" button at the top right after selecting an address.
- To set a default address, select the address and tick the "Set default address" button at the bottom of the page.

Set notifications about updates to data associated with your accounts
You can turn on or off notifications to be alerted about updates or modifications made to data associated with any products or licenses you have access to.
Log into your account, click the User Profile icon at the top right of the main menu and to go to Settings > Notifications. Check the "Changes to data" option to receive notifications. Uncheck the option to stop receiving emails. Click "Save" to save your changes.

Update your personal information
To update your personal information, log into your account, click the User Profile icon at the top right of the main menu and go to Settings > Profile. Edit your information and click "Save" to save your modifications.

Request the deletion of your account
To request the deletion of your account, please email web@iea.org.
Please allow a few working days for the deletion to be confirmed. -
How does the IEA manage the personal data of users?
The IEA is committed to protecting the personal data of individuals whenever it processes their personal data in the course of carrying out the IEA’s Programme of Work.
The Privacy Policies or Data Protection Notices provided on the "Privacy" page describe the types of personal data we collect for various activities, how we use it, who has access and for how long.
They also provide information on the data protection rights of individuals whose data is processed by the IEA under the OECD’s data protection rules (the IEA being an autonomous body within the framework of the OECD).
