Heavy goods vehicle charge

As of 2023 the government intends to introduce a levy on truck traffic. This will be applied to dutch and foreign trucks of more than 3500 kg. based on the kilometer distance and roads used. The revenues will be used  for innovation woards more sustainable road traffic. Relevant parties will be involved in decisions on re-investing the revenues.
