The renovation of the country's building stock and spatial planning  axis of the Green transition in the Recovery and Resilience plan "Greece 2.0" is an infrastructure policy designed to reduce CO2 emissions and achieve climate neutrality in urban areas, adapting buildings to climate change. The policy implements incentives for renovation and energy upgrades of buildings. It aims to attract private investment in the construction sector, create new jobs, promote territorial cohesion and reduce energy poverty.
