EUR 100 heating subsidy for all households

In addition, it was previously decided on 1 February that a EUR 100 premium will be granted for all Belgian households, as a deduction from their electricity bill. The premium will be automatically granted between 18 April and 31 July 2022.

Update: the EUR 100 Federal heating premium was distributed to 4.1 million households out of an estimated 4.9 million eligible. It was announced that applications would be received until 14 October 2022 for the 775 000 households which have not yet received the premium.
