Temporary EPA waiver allowing the use of E15 gasoline

In response to market supply issues, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) in April 2022 issued an emergency waiver allowing the sale of gasoline with a 15% blend of ethanol to increase the volume of gasoline available to consumers. Waivers will continue to be issued on a 20-day basis until circumstances change.
