Lombardys regional code aimed to:

a) achieve the control of energy consumptions in buildings, through improving the energy performance of building shells and thermal systems;

b) reduce the consumption of fossil energy through development of renewable energy sources;

c) promote suitable levels of energy audits, economic analysis, planning, installation, operating and maintenance of thermal systems.
