Recommended standards (GB/T) on charging systems

China released in December 2015 a serie of recommended standards (GB/T) on charging interfaces and communication protocols, effective from January 2016, replacing the previous standards released in 2011. 
The revised standards aim to improve the standardisation and compatibility across chargers. 

The regulation includes standards for charging systems, connectors for electric vehicles, and battery management systems.
