Sonatrach-Asal MoU

The Algerian Space Agency (Asal) and Sonatrach, Algeria’s national oil company, announced their new framework agreement concerning the provision of space technologies held by Asal to the profit of Sonatrach. This partnership aims to support the implementation of a system for estimating flared gas and methane emissions as part of Sonatrach's efforts to reduce its carbon footprint.
