Energy Ministry Decree Regarding Classification of the Critical Minerals Lists

This decree determines the classification of critical minerals based on the commodities that pose a potential for supply disruption with no worthy substitutions, thereby impacting national economy and security. The establishment of commodity lists is derived from four criteria: mineral used for raw material in strategic national industries, economic significance, sensitivity to supply disruption and having no suitable substitution.
