Modified RRF

The EU Commission endorsed Romania's modified recovery and resilience plan, which includes a REPowerEU chapter. The plan is now worth €28.5 billion (€14.9 billion in loans, €13.6 billion in grants) and covers 66 reforms and 111 investments.
