Royal Decree 376/2022 regulating the criteria for sustainability and the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions from biofuels, bioliquids and biomass fuels

The decree aims at translating the EU Renewable Directive II to the Spanish legal framework. 
It notably sets mandatory minimum targets for the sale or consumption of biofuels of 10.5% in 2023, 11% in 2024, 11.5% in 2025, 12% in 2026.
