Though mostly based on American Society of Heating Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) standards, every effort has been made to ensure its applicability in our buildings. In accordance with the Building Code of Pakistan, which divides Pakistan into five climatic zones, standards have been provided for each zone.
