The Act sets a mandatory connection to the transmission or distribution system an electricity generating plant and purchases such electricity which is produced from RES. Furthermore sets so called “Green Bonuses” for electricity produced from RES which are defined in €/MWh. The values of feed-in tariffs and Green Bonuses are determined by Energy Regulatory Office which issues the Pricing decisions laying down support for electricity generation from renewable energy sources, combined heat and power and secondary energy sources. Feed-in tariffs and Green bonuses differ from what type of RES the electricity is produced.
