The "Golden Sun" demonstration project 2012

The "Golden Sun" program was established in July 2009 and announced by the Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Science and Technology and the National Energy Administration of the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC). The Golden Sun Programme 2012 announced the demonstration projects approved in this year.
