Concessional loan: Geothermal Plant in Laguna Colorada

The law approves the loan contract, signed by the Plurinational State of Bolivia and the International Cooperation Agency of Japan - JICA. The funding is intended to finance the "Project for Construction of Geothermal Plant Laguna Colorada, Phase I of the First Stage".
