Subsidies and tax relief for boosting environmental and EE investments by the commercial and industrial companies. Aim of this programme : 1 ° Protect the environment by a rational use of any natural resources (going beyond european norms or implementing them in advance) ; 2 ° Support Rational Use of Energy (reduce process consumption ; develop Renewable Energy Siources ; Install high efficiency CHP)
