Interconnection of Renewable Energy Systems Agreement- Net metering Resolution 3028

In 2009, Resolution 3028 revised the net metering procedures established in resolution 2060 the previous year. The revision included small wind systems up to 10MW and provided that yearly positive energy balances would be compensated.
