Building Code of Australia (Residential Building)
NCC 2013 Complete Series contains NCC 2013 Volumes One, Two, Three and The Guide. The series is a uniform set of technical provisions for the design and construction of buildings and other structures throughout Australia, which allows for variations in climate and geological or geographic conditions. Volume Two: contains the Energy Efficiency requirements (among others) for residential and Class 10 (non-habitable) buildings and structures. The goal of the NCC is to enable the achievement of nationally consistent, minimum necessary standards of relevant safety (including structural safety and safety from fire), health, amenity and sustainability objectives efficiently.
