Climate protection projects in social, cultural and public institutions

Since 2008, the BMU has been funding climate action projects on the basis of a guideline on promoting climate action projects in social, cultural and public organisations under the National Climate Initiative ("local authority guideline"). A total of 35,900 have been supported with around 1,22 billion Euros, leveraging investments of more than 4 billion Euros.
