Law 3423/2005 Introduction of biofuels and other Renewable fuels in the Greek market

Implementation of the EU biofuels directive in the national law. Biofuels are not subject to the fossil fuel tax, and the level of use of biofuels that is foreseen by the directive for 2010 is adopted.
