Portugal and the Netherlands green hydrogen agreement

Portugal and the Netherlands signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to strengthen the cooperation in the development of green hydrogen. Their aim is to advance the strategic value chain of production and transport of hydrogen produced from renewable energy, connecting the two countries' 2030 hydrogen plans. The ports of Sines and Rotterdam will play an important role in this agreement.
