Household support fund- first extension

In order to support vulnerable households from the impacts of the global energy crisis, the UK Government is providing an extra GBP 500 million of local support, via the Household Support Fund, which will be extended from April 2022 to end September 2022. 

The Household Support Fund, which helps those in most need with payments towards the rising cost of food, energy, and water bills, is administered by local councils in England.
