Building technical regulations (TEK17)

TEK17 includes specific requirements and standards to promote energy-efficient building design and reduce energy consumption. It outlines guidelines for insulation, heating systems, ventilation, lighting, and overall energy performance. The regulation may include criteria for energy certification, energy calculations, and energy efficiency measures.
The requirements do not allow the installation of new fossil fuel heating installations after January, 1st 2016.
