Urban and Construction Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan

Article 57 of the Urban and Construction Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan, dated 2012, underlines that construction premises should compile with energy saving and energy efficiency requirements.Cabinet of Ministers Decision on “Rules on increasing energy efficiency in construction premises and saving energy resources” dated 11 March 2014, N0: 73. These rules underlines general requirements for project documents of construction premises and energy saving measures.
