(1) Creation of a council of IT managers and IT control group members; (2) Objective: reduction by 40% of ICT-induced energy consumption in relation to base value of 650 GWh/A by 2013; (3) Drawing up of guidelines and best-practice examples; (4) Formulation of a continuous cross-departmental reporting system.
