Long-term Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) for renewable energy projects

Renewable energy developers can sign long-term PPAs on a case-by-case basis with the state-owned utility (GPL). This includes an existing 25 MW biomass cogeneration plant and the planned 25MW Hope Beach wind farm.
