Costa Rica Regulation of liquid biofuels and their mixtures 2017

The new regulation aims to regulate the roles of the actors involved along the biofuel value chain and the requirements for the storage, transport and distribution of biofuels. 
With the development of the biofuel industry, the reactivation of the agricultural sector at a national level and the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions are sought.
