Law On Transformation Of Areas Under Disaster Risk numbered 6306 was published in the Official Gazette No. 28309 of 31 December 2012. The purpose of this law is to determine the principles and procedures for improvement, liquidation and renewal in order to establish healthy and safe living environments in accordance with science and art norms and standards for the areas under disaster risk and other risky structures exluding disaster areas. Related to housing under transformation activities, interest support is given for obtaining loan with in the scope of this law.
