International Energy Agency (IEA) Forum on “Integrating Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy: Least cost solutions for a clean energy future” at Maison de la culture du Japon, 101 bis, quai Branly, 75015 Paris. 

Delivering the ambitious climate change targets of the Paris Agreement can only be achieved through the effective combination of energy efficiency and renewable energy. Together, they offer the best opportunity to quickly and cost-effectively move towards a decarbonised energy system. It is important that both are delivered through integrated policies and measures in a holistic manner. This Forum borught together high-level participants from governments, energy industries, business, and finance in order to discuss how best this could be achieved.
